About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Training Coordination Specialist to join our team at Morson Training. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and query resolution for all internal and external customer training requests. This includes arranging suitable training and/or assessments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with agreed client standards and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training and assessment schedules for trainers/assessors and internal/external customers
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients, trainers, assessors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of training arrangements, attendance, and completion
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to training coordination
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of working in a busy coordination environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
What We Offer
