Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Membership Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional membership experiences, ensuring seamless interactions between our community and our organization.

Your primary focus will be on processing membership applications and renewals, supporting members through various communication channels, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will collaborate in organizing and executing membership ceremonies, fostering connections with our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer memberships, including upgrades, renewals, and record maintenance
  2. Support members through email, phone, and other communication channels
  3. Collaborate in planning and executing membership events
  4. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection principles when handling sensitive member information
Requirements:
  1. Experience in customer-facing roles or membership administration
  2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  3. Superb communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., IMIS)
  5. A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our members
