About the Role

We seek an exceptional Financial Membership Expert to join our team in delivering outstanding support to our members. As a key member of our Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the growth and development of our financial membership product.

This is a shift-based role that requires flexibility, including working some weekends. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer world-class support to our members through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries.
  • Analyze internal guides and FAQs to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the refinement of our support processes.
  • Participate in regular syncs with the Member Support team to discuss complex cases, share knowledge, and refine our processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in financial services or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms, such as Intercom.
  • A strong background in customer support, escalations, and investigations.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure during peak periods.

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
