About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in global retirement and benefits planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive retirement and benefits strategies for multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement global retirement and benefits plans that meet the needs of multinational corporations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on global retirement and benefits trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in global retirement and benefits.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience in global retirement and benefits planning.
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior-level role.
  • Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (or equivalent).
  • Diploma in International Employee Benefits (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of global retirement and benefits regulations, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
