Job Title: International Benefits Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant to support our client, a leading Media & Entertainment company, in creating a new benefits offering and harmonizing benefits & leave plans across their EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and harmonizing benefits offerings on a similar scale, with a focus on EMEA or Global experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a new benefits offering for the EMEA region
  • Support the harmonization of benefits & leave plans across multiple legacy organizations
  • Liaise and lead with stakeholders across the business in the UK and EMEA regions
  • Own and manage the benefits project, ensuring successful delivery and implementation

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in creating and harmonizing benefits offerings on a similar scale
  • EMEA or Global experience required
  • Pensions experience an ideal
  • Open to industry background; Media experience a bonus
