Job Description

In this role as a Team Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage, motivate, and train Operatives to ensure seamless execution of tasks and activities within the production team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and directing the Operatives to achieve set objectives and goals
  • Coordinating the packing and processing of customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of raw materials, stock levels, and inventory
  • Identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
