About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a kitchen brigade dedicated to providing exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in the effective management of the kitchen and team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and analyze food costs, margins, and guest satisfaction levels, taking corrective action to address any shortfalls.
  • Play a key role in maintaining compliance with food safety legislation and ensuring the highest standards of food quality.
  • Prepare and present food to the highest specification, adhering to our culinary standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with supervisory and training responsibility for a team of chefs in a large organization or as a Head Chef/Sous Chef in a smaller establishment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good financial awareness, including stock management, work schedules, and wastage.
  • Some knowledge of financial targets and controls.
