Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from initial contact to student enrollment. This will involve coordinating with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the admissions process, including processing applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents, guardians, and students
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff members to ensure a smooth transition for new students
- Develop and implement effective systems to streamline the admissions process

Requirements:
- 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Evidence of experience in a similar office role or administering pastoral issues
- Experience of working to deadlines and developing systems
- Experience of producing reports
- Experience of using databases, word processing, and a range of other IT packages
