Operations Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Campus Operations Support at the Elizabeth School of London in Leeds, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the campus, including providing administrative support to the Director and collaborating with Student Support and Receptionists. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all correspondence is appropriately dealt with
- Facilitate finance enquiries by students with the Student Finance Team
- Report any problems with the building to the Landlord & Campus Manager
- Order office supplies as needed
Key Duties:
- Handle initial admission enquiries and collect admission papers
- Assist students in accessing online platforms
- Provide administrative support to the Director and collaborate with Student Support and Receptionists
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
