Campus Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Operations Coordinator to join our Elizabeth School of London team. In this role, you will handle office administration, course management, and site maintenance while providing exceptional support to our staff and students.
Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Main DutiesOffice Administration:
- Organize correspondence and collaborate with our Student Finance Team.
- Liaise with the Landlord & Campus Manager regarding building issues.
- Source and procure essential office supplies.
Course Administration:
- Initiate student admissions and manage related documentation.
- Facilitate student access to online platforms and address technical concerns.
- Disseminate timely information about schedules and changes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and submissions.
Site Administration:
- Serve as the key holder and ensure the site is well-maintained.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
