Senior Pensions Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Pensions Specialist to join our team in Redhill. As a key member of our client team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients while working closely with the Admin Manager/Team Leader.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise in pensions and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be expected to take ownership of allocated work, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. A collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential qualities for this position.
About the Job:
- Deliver client reporting and compliance requirements through close collaboration with the client and other stakeholders.
- Assist Client Managers in achieving exceptional service proposition outcomes for clients and their members.
- Work closely with peers to contribute to the day-to-day management of client relationships.
- Develop and implement solutions that improve automation efficiencies and results, driving operational self-sufficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, exploring opportunities for innovation and excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, responding to their needs and resolving queries efficiently.
- Participate in projects that drive business growth and process improvements, leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in pensions, preferably in a client-facing role, managing complex schemes (DB and/or DC).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Able to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
