Key Responsibilities

As a Recovery Worker with Service Care Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:

  • To engage with adults and families to provide advice, information, and help accessing practical support.
  • To carry out assessments and care planning to ensure effective support delivery.
  • To build relationships with adults and families to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.

You will also be responsible for working closely with partner agencies to support young people and provide opportunities to improve their life chances. This role requires a high level of dedication, compassion, and commitment to supporting individuals with Substance Misuse issues.
