We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at M3 EU.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare innovation. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to business leaders to drive strategic partnerships and employee engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Your expertise will also be required to ensure compliance with UK employment law and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop their Business Unit HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, facilitating effective resolution of issues and promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement through effective communication and support.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues and talent management.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with UK employment law, providing training and guidance on HR policies to managers and employees as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives, preparing regular reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as an HR Director or Business Partner, minimum of 10 years' experience within HR generalist role.
  • Qualifications: Academic University/College Degree in Psychology, Business, Sociology, or related fields, such as HR or Organizational Psychology. Master's degree preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent time management and organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and company HR policies to support businesses in the UK and Spain.
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent language skills, both verbal and written.
