About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our divisional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly accounts to accurately report project financials
  • Produce and review divisional management accounts
  • Analyze costs, fees, and project margins to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide financial reports and insights to senior management
  • Aid in forecasting divisional finances and assisting with the preparation of annual target models
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional with strong commercial drive
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
