About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our division is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Produce and review divisional management accounts
  • Analyse costs, fees, project margins, and divisional performance against business targets
  • Obtain explanations for significant trends or variations in financial performance
  • Provide financial reports and insights to managerial staff, recommending further action
  • Perform monthly accrued revenue and debtor reviews with individual offices
  • Aid in forecasting divisional finances
  • Assist the Divisional FD in preparing annual target models
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including external audit, intermediaries reporting, and VAT compliance

Requirements:

  • Management accountant experience
  • Finance manager experience (preferable)
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
