Job Title: Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at RPS Group. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our senior management team, ensuring the financial health of our division is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Analyse costs, fees, and project margins to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide financial reports and insights to senior management, recommending courses of action to drive business growth
  • Assist in the forecasting of divisional finances and preparation of annual target models
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including external audit, intermediaries reporting, and VAT compliance

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional with strong commercial drive and experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
