About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our team of Field Sales Executives in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of sales professionals in a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of winning new business and retaining customers.
