About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Trusted Recruiter Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client database, building relationships with existing and new clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Database Management: Utilize our recruitment software to update records, find new contacts, and companies within the mobility/disability assistive technology sector.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Sales Managers, Directors, Service Managers, Team Leaders, and HR Managers.
  • Outbound Calls: Make regular phone calls to inquire about potential vacancies and build relationships with clients.
  • CRM System Management: Create and update activities, ensuring all companies and contacts are regularly updated and contacted.
  • Job Sourcing: Source job details and upload them onto our database using job specification questions.
  • Marketing Activities: Participate in marketing activities, such as creating videos for LinkedIn and our company website.
  • Event Attendance: Attend industry-related conferences and events as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in phone-based work, sales, or business development.
  • Skills: Trustworthy, proactive, and able to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Location: Locally based to Rochester/Chatham.
Package

We offer a part-time salary of around £18,000 per annum, plus commission of 8% on all placements through vacancies generated. Additionally, we provide pension contributions and 17 days paid holiday per year.
