Senior Teacher Opportunity in SEND

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Teacher to lead our Enhanced Provision in EYFS, providing support for children with complex needs.

This role involves developing and implementing tailored educational plans, working closely with colleagues, and contributing to the school's SEND policy.

  • Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have experience in SEND, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee and lead the Enhanced Provision for children with EHCPs in EYFS.
  2. To create and implement individualized learning plans for each child.
  3. To work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to ensure effective support for children with SEND.
  4. To contribute to the development of the school's SEND policy and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND.
  • Passion for working with children with complex needs.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
