About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Consultant to join our team at Otis. As a Service Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain good working relationships with existing customers
  • Develop new customers through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals
  • Use Otis' sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of prior work experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of commitment and reliability
  • Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
