Job Title: Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Specialist
About the Role:
The Cherwell Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Oxfordshire, seeks a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join its esteemed team. As a specialist in Orthopaedic Surgery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing complex procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist with surgical procedures, maintaining high standards of sterility and safety
- Develop strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in departmental meetings to drive quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Proven experience in scrub/anesthetics/recovery roles (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
