Job Overview:
The Cherwell Hospital, a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility located in Oxfordshire, seeks an experienced Registered Theatre Practitioner to join their team. This role will predominantly specialise in Orthopaedic Surgery, utilising the hospital's state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and anaesthetists during operations. Your skills and expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth running of theatre sessions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements:
* Registered with the NMC/HCPC
* Previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
* A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
* Demonstrated computer skills

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
