Training and Implementation Specialist

Sja's West is seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Training and Implementation Lead. This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to develop and implement effective training plans that meet the needs of our district.
The successful candidate will have experience in training delivery, team management, and stakeholder engagement. As District Training Lead, you will work closely with our regional training function to ensure seamless implementation of training programs across the district.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective training plans to meet organizational needs
- Manage a team of District Training Officers to support internal training delivery
- Collaborate with unit managers and area managers to ensure alignment with district goals

Estimated salary range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
