About the Role:
The Amber Mace Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Training Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs that equip staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislative requirements, and best practices
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- NVQ level 3 or above in health and social care
- Proven track record of delivering successful training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
