This role is based at our Spire Wirral/Yale location and will involve working 37.5 hours per week over a fixed-term contract of six months.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organization.
  • Assist in the recruitment process including creating job postings and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to drive business success.
