Training Manager - Home Based Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Training Manager to join our team at Amber Mace, a respected healthcare provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to support our staff in delivering high-quality care and services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, with experience in developing and delivering training programs, as well as managing budgets and resources. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
  • Produce high-quality training materials, manuals, or documentation
  • Utilize technology and innovative methods to enhance learning
  • Manage training budgets and track expenses
  • Evaluate training and development needs against organizational objectives
  • Foster effective employer/employee relationships and maintain a positive management culture

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum.
