Technical Trainer for Heavy Trucks

Join Excel Truck Group's team as a technical trainer for heavy trucks and contribute to the development of skilled technicians in the Mid-Atlantic region. As an experienced diesel technician, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of our technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct technical training sessions on heavy truck repair and maintenance.
  • Evaluate training needs and create tailored learning plans for individual technicians.
  • Establish and implement training schedules that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with service managers and senior leadership to ensure effective training programs.
  • Maintain industry certifications and perform repairs as required.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel technician, preferably with training or instructing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate learning among diverse groups.
  • Able to travel up to 50% for training assignments.
