Director of People Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of People Performance at MorePeople. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success through strategic people management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive People Strategy
Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, vision, and values. This will involve working closely with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and plan for future requirements in line with growth plans.
Lead Talent Acquisition and DevelopmentOversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring high-quality recruitment, induction, and training for all new employees. This will involve collaborating with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and plan for future requirements in line with growth plans.
Drive Cultural Initiatives and Employee EngagementLead and develop cultural initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This will involve coordinating initiatives for employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
Ensure Compliance and Operational ExcellenceEnsure compliance with current and upcoming employment laws and regulations. Oversee HR operations, including policies, procedures, and record-keeping.
Requirements- Experience
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the food manufacturing sector.
Leadership and Communication SkillsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in driving cultural change.
Adaptability and Analytical SkillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
HR Expertise and Sustainability FocusDeep understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices, along with a strong grasp of employment laws and regulations. Experience in supporting ESG and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary
Up to £80,000 per annum.
