Job Role: IT Systems Administrator

Pointer Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
  • Manage and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and configuration.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations.
  • Ensure systems are secure and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
  • Occasionally travel to regional offices to provide on-site support and ensure the seamless operation of IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus as is a computer-related degree.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
