About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Administrator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for managing administrative systems and processes to perfection, ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our Home Manager, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our administrative systems.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and manage our Time & Attendance system.
  • HR and Payroll: Process payroll and HR information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, and relevant experience in admin or secretarial support.
  • Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, time management, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional care to our residents.
