Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the SSTS time and attendance system, ensuring seamless integration with the NHS payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to users of the SSTS system, identifying and resolving technical issues and providing training to new and existing users.

Collaborate with the CORE Team to deliver the Boards rostering systems, Health Roster, and SSTS, ensuring effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.

Develop and maintain reports to analyze user data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve the system's performance and user experience.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems.
