Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Time and Attendance System Administrator to join our CORE Team in NHS Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of our well-established time and attendance system, SSTS, and its interface with the NHS payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to users of SSTS, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with system queries and issues.
  • Analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and deliver training sessions to new and existing users, ensuring they are proficient in using SSTS.
  • Collaborate with the CORE Team to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with other NHS systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in time and attendance system administration, with a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
