About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our Learning Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

The team works with service users in the borough who have learning disabilities to develop co-produced care plans and conduct risk assessments with their carers.

Our aim is to provide support and liaison with local services to promote the independence of each person under our care, ensuring that no form of abuse, i.e., physical, mental, or financial, is taking place.

About You

You will be able to manage time effectively to prioritise your workload as well as have good interpersonal skills.

Experience working with adults with psychosis and the ability to engage with service users from diverse backgrounds is key to the success of this role.

Requirements

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience is essential for this role.
