Child and Family Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Children in Care teams as a Child and Family Care Specialist. You will work with children and young people aged 0–18 who are in our care, supporting them to achieve their goals and improve their lives.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable children and families. You will work closely with children and their families to develop care plans that meet their individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of services that support children and families to thrive. You will work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure that children receive the best possible support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification and current registration with Social Work England. A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum (rising to £38,000 after five years) will be offered to the successful candidate.
