Job Description

This Senior Management Role offers a fantastic opportunity to join South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust as an Asset Management Lead. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on this challenging position, which is based in Sunderland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the efficient management of resources across the division, ensuring optimal quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to drive transformation agendas and work closely with commissioners to develop service pathways.
  • Accountable for quality and financial performance, driving clinical efficiencies and continuous improvement while working within an annual budget.
  • Ensure each directorate meets specific performance targets, holding Clinical Directors and Directorate Managers accountable.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director to manage professional performance and clinical activity, developing services accordingly.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and policy-setting process of the Trust.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-belief, self-awareness, personal integrity, and personal drive.
  • Emotionally resilient and able to exercise sound judgment under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Evidence of post-qualification study or professional development to at least Masters level qualification.
  • Senior leadership training or qualification.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
