We are seeking a highly skilled Water Recycling Team Lead to join our team in the Northumberland area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team's contribution to the effective operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment assets.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity will see you coordinate and develop your team to maximize our asset performance by following company policies, procedures, and guidelines without compromising safety. You will demonstrate our company values by providing leadership and a consistent approach to training within the team, ensuring legislative and quality standards are achieved and full compliance against our discharge consents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience of working in the water industry or process-related industry
  • Able to plan workload effectively
  • Hold a full UK driving license

Salary

£37,967 - £47,460 per annum (dependent on experience)
