Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of operations, you'll ensure equipment runs reliably and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair equipment to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee contractors to guarantee quality work.
  • Support maintenance planning, from shutdowns to emergency repairs.
  • Contribute to health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Requirements

  • Expertise in heavy industry maintenance, with knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification.
  • Fabrication and welding skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to travel, visiting Rotherham around 20% of the time.

Your Package

  • An attractive salary package up to £40,000, with an additional car allowance of £3,500.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, providing ample time for rest and personal activities.
