Health and Social Care Project Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and line-managing project teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve performance targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in project management and team leadership. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively deliver and sustain projects and services for our organization.
- To develop and implement an independent annual Healthwatch work plan linked to overarching goals and priorities.
- To ensure that projects meet the needs of residents/beneficiaries through applying an asset-based community development approach.
Requirements:
- Strong background in health and social care.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £32,713 per annum (pro rata). This is a permanent position, working 24 hours per week.
