Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Health Nurse Leader to join our West Northants 0-19 Health Visiting Team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve health outcomes for children and families in Northamptonshire.
Responsibilities will include leading and coordinating health visiting teams, developing and implementing public health policies and programs, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that families receive the care they need.
The Trust offers a competitive salary of £50,339 - £67,660 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a relocation package up to £8,000, free parking on Trust Sites, Enterprise Car Pool Scheme, excellent learning and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, access to a generous pension scheme, health service discounts, annual leave plus bank holidays, and discounted Gym Membership.
