We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Health's Cardiac Surgical Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience as an RN in an acute care setting, preferably in cardiac surgery.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
