Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Community Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team. As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess patients' needs and provide tailored care
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Registration with the NMC as a qualified nurse
  • Proven experience in chemotherapy administration and management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
