About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales teams across various regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of 20, and ensuring the achievement of our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring cohesive and high-performing output.
  • Sales Management: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
