Job Opportunity: Sales Manager
About Us: Anglian Home Improvements is a leading home improvement business with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our local team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of self-employed Sales Executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Recruit and manage a team of self-employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to achieve set targets.
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team to ensure they meet company standards and policies.
- Manage leads and ensure the sales team presents the approved finance presentation to customers.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the home improvement industry or a similar sector.
- Ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-driven and proactive approach to sales.
- Flexible and able to work varied hours.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
