We are excited to announce a part-time Health Visitor vacancy within our 0-19+ service at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to contribute to the delivery of high-quality health and care services to the population of Wirral, Cheshire East, and West, St Helens, and Knowsley.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership Level 6, Mentorship Level 6, and V100 Nurse Prescriber qualifications. They will also have experience of managing a Health Visiting caseload and evidence of continuing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme
  2. Manage a caseload of universal partnership and partnership plus families
  3. Work closely with other agencies to meet the needs of children and families
