We are looking for individuals with a passion for fragrance and gifting who can provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. As one of our highly skilled Sales Advisors, you will combine your energy and approachable nature to create unique in-store experiences that educate, inspire, and delight customers from across the globe.

In this role, you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients. Creativity is our day-to-day reality, and you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills through signature Hand and Arm massages and hosting wedding consultations where you will help bottle precious memories.

You will also work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store achieves our high standards of visual merchandising, standing out against competitors.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary of approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
