About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead the commercial operation of our successful title, F1 Clash. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Creative Director to drive the game's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial growth of F1 Clash, developing and implementing a dynamic business strategy to maximize revenue and player engagement.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure alignment between business and creative goals, driving a breakout experience for F1 fans worldwide.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, monitor game performance, and balance business needs with player satisfaction.
  • Oversee the use of Live Ops and CRM to maximize their potential, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead the Product Management team, working collaboratively with the Producer and Creative Director to develop and implement effective strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Game Director or Lead Product Manager, with a strong track record of success in mobile F2P games.
  • Driven by commercial success, with a deep understanding of games-as-a-service, F2P, and monetization.
  • Ability to balance speed with risk, taking a lean approach in a data-led environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for F1 and the mobile gaming market, with a relentless curiosity for industry trends and consumer behavior.
