Programme Manager

As a Programme Manager at Simply Business, you will be responsible for managing large-scale, complex change initiatives that drive business growth and transformation. You will work closely with the Change team to identify and assess requests for support, and ensure that all deliverables are consistently completed on time while meeting quality standards and senior leadership expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, track, and drive large-scale cross-functional change initiatives to successful outcomes
Provide motivation and direction to ensure that team initiative goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
Identify and manage all associated risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead and drive all change initiative meetings to begin, troubleshoot, and successfully deliver initiatives
Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team
Requirements
Knowledgeable of programme management methodologies and tools
Experienced in managing large-scale programmes
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule
Effective in relationship building with a broad array of stakeholders and team members
