About the Role- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand existing client relationships.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
