We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire UK. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily life tasks, escorting and supporting our customers, and maintaining accurate records.

">Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 per annum, based on a 28.75 hour week. This includes a night enhancement of £1.50 per hour from 8pm to 7am Monday to Sunday, and a weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We also offer a range of employee benefits, including a contributory company pension scheme, free Blue Light Card, access to a Cash Health Plan at favourable rates, great development opportunities through apprenticeship schemes, unlimited payments through our Refer a Friend bonus scheme, and a free DBS check.

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and support customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours or participate in an on-call rota where required.
