About the Role: TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to provide essential support to children with special educational needs in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support that meets the individual needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in the classroom, providing academic and emotional guidance
  • Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans
  • Help manage behaviour and provide one-to-one or small group support as needed
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
The ideal candidate will have experience working with special needs children or a background in care and be passionate about supporting individuals with SEN. A competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum is on offer for this full-time, permanent position.
